In this case, the petitioner is claiming Rs. 12,01,831/- as having been claimed that this part of money has not been paid to the petitioner.

It has been claimed that the petitioner was issued the work order by the Executive Engineer, P.H.E.D., Eastern Division for supply of articles such as spare parts of tube well, hand pump and other articles for amount of Rs. 89,92,131.10/-, the part payment has been made as has been claimed by the petitioner but, he has not been paid the rest of the amount which is Rs. 12,01,831/-.

Patna High Court CWJC No.15233 of 2016 dt.28-07-2017 Let the petitioner should file a detailed representation before the Principal Secretary, P.H.E.D. Department, Bihar, Patna. For convenience, the petitioner is directed to file a representation giving full details of the claim. If he does so, the Principal Secretary will dispose of the same within a period of four months from the date of filing of the representation along with a copy of this order.

With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
