The present petition has been preferred for compliance of the order dated 16.01.2018 passed in CWJC No. 8460 of 2016 by which the direction was given to the

Patna High Court MJC No.1599 of 2018(4) dt.13-07-2023 2/2 Respondent Nos. 5 to 7 to ensure that the payment is made to the petitioner at an earliest.

A show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite parties stating that all the necessary payments have made and the order stands complied with.

In view of the aforesaid submissions put forward by the learned Counsel for the Magadh University, the contempt petition stands disposed of.

The petitioner, if have any grievance, can agitate the matter before an appropriate forum.
