The petitioner is accused in connection with Mejorganj P.S. Case No. 14 of 2015, registered under section 25(1-B)A, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

The prosecution case is that during course of search of house of petitioner, one country made automatic pistol recovered from the room of Murari Singh and one country made pistol was recovered from the room of Govind Singh, both sons of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case being father of co-accused Murari Singh and Govind Singh.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

No.51499 of 2015 (2) dt.22-12-2015 case, the petitioner Shashi Bhushan Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Mejorganj P.S.
