2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, that on 14.02.2024 he along his assistant Ravita Kumari were returning from Patna on his motorcycle bearing registration No.BR-04AS-1282 and when they reached near Sarha bus stand, some unknown miscreants snatched his motorcycle and ornaments, mobile phone and cash of Rs.13,000/- of her assistant Ravita Kumar at the point of pistol.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39241 of 2024(3) dt.15-07-2024 2/2 petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case merely on the basis of suspicion. He next submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he has no concern with the alleged offence. He next submits that police have forcibly taken the signature of petitioner on plain paper and prepared a false and fabricated seizure list. Petitioner is in judicial custody since 22.02.2024.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Mufassil P.S. Case No. 82 of 2024 with condition that he shall remain present before the trial Court till conclusion of the trial.
