The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chiksaura P.S. Case No. 27 of 2020 registered under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that marriage of daughter of the informant, Ravindra Ram, was performed before 12 years with Ranjit Ram, resident of Tadpar, P.S. Chiksaura, district Nalanda. On 03.05.2020 informant, Ravindra Ram, received information on mobile to the effect that his daughter has been killed by her husband, Ranjit Ram, and his brother, Rajesh Ram (petitioner) by pressing the neck. Submission is that the petitioner is the brother of Ranjit Ram, husband of the deceased, and use to reside separately, but, with ulterior motive the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and is in custody since 07.05.2020. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chiksaura P.S. Case No. 27 of 2020 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Shamshad/- U T
