Patna High Court MJC No.1580 of 2021(7) dt.20-02-2024 2/2 Annexures R1 to R9. State official respondents are taking necessary steps to remove subject matter of encroachment and it is pending consideration in Jamabandi proceedings.
2. Learned counsel for the State on instruction submitted that such Jamabandi proceedings would be completed within a period of four months. In the light of these developments, the present M.J.C. No. 1580 of 2021 stands dropped, reserving liberty to the petitioner to file Interlocutory Application for revival of this order in the event of non-completion of Jamabandi proceedings within an outer limit of five months.
3. Mr. Gajendra Kumar Jha, learned counsel for the opposite party nos. 8 and 9 seeks permission to participation of the respondents in the Jamabandi proceedings. The concerned official who undertakes Jamabandi proceedings is/are hereby directed to hear the respondent nos. 8 and 9 in the Jamabandi proceedings.
