Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by a coordinate bench of this court but this second bail petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner on the ground that having identical case, one co-accused, namely, Sheo Charan Choudhary has already been granted privilege of bail by this court vide order dated 18-09-2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13947 of 2015. Considering the aforesaid submissions as well as this aspect of the matter that the petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 12-05-2014 in a case registered under Sections-409, 420, 467, 468 & 471 of the Indian Penal Code, let the petitioner

No.54749 of 2015 (2) dt.10-12-2015 named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chhabilapur P.S.
