The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Janki Nagar P.S. Case No. 53 of 2015 for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the submissions of Mr. Prasad that except that the petitioner is referred to as a member of mob, no specific allegation is attributed to him, let the petitioner Sanjay Kumar Mandal in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
