The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341 342, 337, 354, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that on account of land dispute between the parties, a free fight took place, in which, both sides sustained injury. There is case and counter case and both sides are Gotiya. Injury caused by the petitioners is simple in nature.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36696 of 2022(2) dt.17-11-2022 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - II, Benipatti (Madhubani) in connection with Saharghat P.S. Case No. 84 of 2021, corresponding to G.R. No. 487 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
