2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Motihari Cyber P.S. Case No. 111 of 2025 registered for offences under Section(s) 303(2), 318(4), 319(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 66(C) and 66(D) of the IT Act.

3. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail application with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below and seek regular bail.

4. Permission, as prayed, is granted.

5. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38310 of 2026(2) dt.17-06-2026 2/2 dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner.

6. It is made clear that the withdrawal of this application shall not prejudice the consideration of any regular bail application that may be filed by the petitioner before the learned court below and the same shall be considered on its own merits in accordance with law without being influenced by the present withdrawal.
