With regard to causing murder of Babita Devi on account of non fulfillment of demand of dowry on 01.07.2014, the instant prosecution has been launched at the behest of Arvind Kumar, brother of deceased, aged about 15 years. Petitioner is mother-in-law. Husband of the deceased, as is evident from para-62 of the case diary, has been apprehended. On account thereof, petitioner, Naina Devi @ Maina Devi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Ekma PS.Case No.73/2014.
