This writ petition has been filed for issuance of an appropriate direction to the District Programme Officer, ICDS, Madhubani for disposing of the Anganwari Niyojan Case No. 47 of 2019 which is pending before him since 24.06.2019.

This is the most reasonable prayer which ought to be allowed.
