Prayer for bail of the petitioners was earlier rejected vide order dated 11.03.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5065/2015 with a direction to the trial court to conclude the trial within six months.

On perusal of the report of the Superintendent of Police, Munger it appears that on 08.03.2016 the Medical Officer and other witnesses except one investigating officer were examined and the remaining witness was to be examined on 09.03.2016.

Considering the fact that all prosecution witnesses have already been examined, the bail petition of the petitioners is dismissed with a direction to the trial court, i.e. 1st Addl. Sessions

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53272 of 2015 (4) dt.27-04-2016 2/2 Judge, Munger to conclude the trial of S.C. No. 944 of 2014, arising out of Bariarpur P.S. Case No. 27/2013, within three months from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order.
