JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The informant claimed that the marriage of deceased had taken place in the year, 2007 and she died on 07-06-2014 within seven years of her marriage.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the marriage of deceased had taken place in the year, 2006 and intentionally, the date of marriage of deceased was not disclosed by the informant at the time of institution of the present case. Moreover, in the postmortem examination, the doctor could not ascertain the cause of death of the deceased and viscera was kept preserved. It is further contended by him that in chemical examination, nothing was found and, accordingly, FSL report was

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bairganiya P.S.
