====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-03-2021 Heard Mr. Vinay Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Shantanu Kumar, learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Medni Chowki P.S. Case No. 59 of 2020 dated 01.07.2020 instituted for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Regard being had to the fact that the petitioner was earlier also made an accused in a case of similar nature, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him.

The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. Should such an application be filed, it shall be heard on its own merits and the court below shall pass

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33699 of 2020(2) dt.18-03-2021 2/2 orders in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the fact that the present petition has not been entertained.
