JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 31-08-2022 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that since none of the grounds, as envisaged under Order 47 Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 exist so as to warrant review of the order of this Court dated 07.01.2019 passed in M.J.C. No. 81 of 2010, nor any new or important evidence has been brought on record

Patna High Court C. REV. No.186 of 2019(5) dt.31-08-2022 2/2 of the review petition nor there is any mistake apparent on the face of the record of the case, the petitioners be granted liberty to file appropriate appeal.

Accordingly, the present review petition stands disposed off as not pressed, however, with liberty to the petitioners to avail such remedies as are otherwise available under the law.
