02. The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioners with limited prayer for considering the application/representation given to the authority by the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no. 4, Sadhana Kumari, has given a representation dated 14.02.2022 to the learned Sub Divisional Magistrate, Danapur, seeking protection of the land of the petitioners but no action has been taken on the said representation of the petitioner no. 4 and the petitioners would be satisfied if the authority concerned is directed to act upon the said representation 14.02.2022 filed on behalf of petitioners by one of the petitioners, namely Sadhana Kumari.

Since the petitioners have confined their prayer only to the extent of consideration of their representation dated 14.02.2022, placed on record vide Annexure-3 to the writ petition, no useful purpose would be served in continuing further with the matter by issuing notices to the private respondents. Hence, the authority concerned, namely Sub
