There is case and counter case between the parties and it appears that persons from both sides sustained injuries. No doubt, several persons are said to have sustained injuries in the present case and opinion regarding some injuries of some injured persons was kept reserved but considering the facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in Jainagar P.S. Case no. 09/2015.
