JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 08-08-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Arer P.S. Case No. 22 of 2019 (G.R. No. 593 of 2019), disclosing offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation of recovery of 15.548 liters of liquor from the back side of the house of petitioner and further appears that he is accused in two other cases of similar type. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case and he is on bail in other cases.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the allegation and the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
