1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(i) To issue an appropriate order/s, direction/s including a writ preferably in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing upon the respondents to make the payment of wages of the period February 2019 to April 2019, April 2019 to November 2019 to the petitioners who have discharged the duty of caretaker in the Dumarcol
Patna High Court CWJC No.14548 of 2021(2) dt.20-12-2023 2/2 Sanctuary under Forest Department, Nawada.
(ii) To direct the respondent No. 4 i.e. Divisional forest Officer, Nawada to comply with the final order dated 31-08-20 passed in complaint case No. 5361101070122001671 passed by the Sub Divisional Public Grievance Reddressal Officer Rajauli, Nawada by which he has given direction to make the payment of arrears of wages to the petitioners and send the compliance report within fifteen days from the date of passing of the order. (iii) To direct the respondent No. 04 to make the payment of arrears of wages for the period indicated above to the petitioners with penal interest on account of delay and latches on his part."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
