The petitioner has challenged the order dated 09.10.2015/08.01.2016 passed by the Sub Judge-III, Patna in Eviction Suit No. 454 of 2014, whereby the court below has only adjourned the case for next date i.e. 15.02.2016, therefore, no case for supervision is made out as it is not expected from the High Court to monitor all the cases pending before the lower court in exercise of supervisory jurisdiction. Thus, this writ application is dismissed.
