The Commission has invited objection from the eligible candidates for filling-up the remaining unfilled 2413 appointment against 345400 vacancies of Assistant Teachers. Petitioner claims that he has filed objection pursuant to the advertisement issued by the Staff Selection Commission, Bihar. In case, such objection is filed by the petitioner, the respondent-Commission is required to consider the representation in the process of finalizing the list of selection
