Petitioner is in jail custody since 24.07.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/ 149/341/323/324/307/504 and 379of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is said to have given Farsa blow causing injury to informant Tunia Devi but informant Tunia Devi appears to have sustained two injuries and both the injuries are said to be simple in nature. Moreover, there appears to be land dispute between the parties and both the parties have filed cases against each others. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two
