JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 12-09-2018 The opposite party being husband has definitely shown a good gesture by contending at the outset that transfer of the records from Muzffarpur to Patna is not a big issue, but what he is really looking for is a mediation and settlement between the parties.

At the bar, the learned counsel for the parties are unanimous that steps should be taken for mediation, but after transfer of the case from the court at Muzaffarpur to the court at Patna.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, let the records

Patna High Court MJC No.758 of 2018 (4) dt.12-09-2018 of the Matrimonial Case No.364 of 2016 presently pending in the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Muzaffarpur be transferred to the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The circumstances under which the order is being passed by virtue of the gesture shown by the opposite party, it is expected that the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna shall take appropriate steps to find out whether a settlement between the parties is possible.

The application stands disposed off.
