Patna High Court LPA No.1089 of 2014 dt.10-04-2017 2/2 when the appellant has to retire, making correction in the date of birth is in infirmity with the requirement of law as laid down by the Supreme Court. Therefore, we see no reason to interfere. Accordingly, the appeal stands dismissed.
