Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is in custody since 17.11.2018. Petitioner is husband of the victim of dowry death.
It has been informed that during course of trial charges have already been framed and the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial.
Submission is that bald allegation is there, after death of the victim, that she was done to death for non-fulfillment of dowry demand.
Considering the entire facts as well as undertaking of the petitioner that he shall fully cooperate with the trial, let the

No.39110 of 2019(4) dt.25-09-2019 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sabour Police Station Case No. 317 of 2018, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (b) Both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
