2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Shakurabad P.S. Case No. 48 of 2026, registered under Sections 80(2) and 3(5) of B.N.S.
3. As per prosecution case, the allegation is that marriage of the daughter of the informant was solemnized with Tuntun Kumar on 20th April, 2025 and on 15.02.2026 he received information that she was killed. He only gives the name of all the family members including the petitioner who is elder brother in law to be responsible for killing. There is absolutely no allegation except that.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 16.02.2026.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering absence of any specific allegation as also the fact that husband is in custody as per the Para 9 of the petition, this bail application is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jehanabad /concerned court below in connection with Shakurabad P.S. Case No. 48 of 2026.
8. The Court below before accepting bail bond shall verify that the husband is in custody.
9. It is made clear that any observation made herein is prima facie in nature and limited solely for the purpose of adjudication of the present bail application. Such observations shall not be construed as an expression on the merits of the case and shall not influence the trial or any other proceedings in any manner.
