The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 302, 201` and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
An FIR was lodged by the father of the victim that his daughter was married with Govind Kumar, son of Raghu Nath Kamat, and his daughter has been killed by the accused persons.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is father having no connection with his son. Both are living separately as well as dead body of the victim has not been traced out. The petitioner is in custody since
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51130 of 2015 (2) dt.10-11-2015 27.8.2015 and he is aged about 65 years.
Looking to the age and relationship of the petitioner, let petitioner, Raghu Nath Kamat, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M. Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in Ghogardiha P.S. Case No.86 of 2015.
