JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-07-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1 (i) To issue an appropriate order/s, direction/s including a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing upon the respondent No.7 to initiate a proceeding under section 3 of Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 to remove the encroachment from the public land situated

Patna High Court CWJC No.8876 of 2024(2) dt.22-07-2024 2/2 in Village- Korra, P.S.- Janipur, AnchalPhulwarisharif, Patna a pertaining to Plot No.430, 431, 678, Khata No.301, Plot No.691.

(ii) To direct the respondent No.7 to remove the encroachment from the above-mentioned land as well as from the Main Road-804, 353, 741, 109 and 729.

(iii) To direct the respondent no.7 to remove the encroachment from the above mentioned land taking into consideration that inconvenience caused to the villagers to passage from the land in question."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the Circle Officer, Phulwarisharif, Patna for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
