1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Excise P.S Case no.466 of 2025 registered under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

3. As per the prosecution case, on seeing the police personnel, the petitioner threw away the bag containing 36 litres of liquor and tried to escape. He was caught at the place of occurrence.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegations levelled against the petitioner in the FIR are false and concocted. Neither he threw any bag containing liquor nor any incriminating article was recovered from his possession. He is in custody since 4.4.2025 and has been falsely implicated in

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned A.P.P for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegation against the petitioner in the FIR together with the petitioner having remained in custody since 4.4.2025, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Excise P.S Case no.466 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Excise Court no.2, East Champaran, Motihari.
