The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Bagaha P.S. Case No. 134 of 2020 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners are said to have taken part in the assault but the injury suffered by the victims are stated to be simple in nature. There is a counter version of the

Considering this facts as well as taking into account the clean antecedents of the petitioners, they are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -I, Bagaha, West Champaran, in connection with Bagaha P.S. Case No. 134 of 2020, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
