2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Athmalgola P.S. Case No. 77 of 2023 lodged on 24.03.2023 under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, two persons were apprehended carrying two buffaloes alleged to be theft one. On being asked, they disclosed their names as co-accused, Bablu Kumar and Raju Nat, the petitioner in the present case.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent having no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 25.03.2023 and the chargesheet has already been submitted.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38714 of 2023(2) dt.07-07-2023 2/2 bail of the petitioner.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Barh, Patna, in connection with Athmalgola P.S. Case No. 77 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Ashwini/- U
