The petitioner seeks bail in Korha P.S. case No. 239/2020 registered u/s 379, 411, 413, 414, 420 of the IPC. The informant lodged the case against Karan Kumar Singh and Nikesh Kumar Singh from whose possession stolen motor cycle of the informant was recovered. Four other stolen motor cycles were also recovered. The name of the petitioner surfaced in the case during the course of investigation and one stolen motor cycle is also recovered from the Darwaja of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner bonafidely purchased the motor cycle and there is no case pending against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Korha P.S. case No. 239/2020.
