2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. By filing supplementary affidavit, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in compliance of the earlier direction of the Court in this case dated 31.07.2023, petitioners have paid the amount of Rs. 75,000/- (seventy five thousand) to the informant/complainant on 22.08.2023 vide Bankers Cheque

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36948 of 2023(3) dt.18-09-2023 2/2 No. 371247 dated 14.08.2023 issued by the State Bank of India, Nawada (photo copy of Cheque No. 371247 annexed as Annexure-5 to the supplementary affidavit).

4. The aforesaid fact has not been disputed by the learned counsel for the informant.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Hisua P. S. Case No. 457 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
