2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 224 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 364, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Court read with Section 13, 16, 19 and 20 of the U.A.P. Act, but the charge sheet submitted under Section 364, 120(B), 302, 201 of the Indian Penal Code and Section Section 27 of the Arms Act and Sections 13, 16, 19 and 20 of the U.A.P. Act.

3. Considering the nature of allegation made in the FIR, as well as, the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage.

4. Accordingly, the present bail application stands dismissed.
