2. This criminal writ application has been filed for a direction upon the respondents to make proper investigation of Dalsinghsarai P.S. Case No. 368 of 2024.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that his side of story is not being investigated and the CCTV footage produced by him is also not being accepted by the Police.
