2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 103(1), 109, 3(5) of the BNS, registered in connection with Agion P.S.Case No. 192/2024.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner along with other accused persons assaulted the informant's son with lathi and danda, as a result of which, he became unconscious and blood was oozing from his head.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. The allegation against him is general and omnibus.

5. The statement of the so-called witnesses, who have said that the deceased had fallen down, had been recorded more than two months of the occurrence, which is doubtful. On exactly similar footing, the regular bail petition of co-accused Rakesh Yadav has been rejected by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated in Cr. Misc. No. 27236 of 2025.

6. Considering the facts and circumstance as well as the direct allegation against the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant them the privilege of anticipatory bail, which is hereby rejected.
