Neither petitioners were caught on the spot nor anything was recovered from their conscious possession. Names of the petitioners came in the confessional statements of co-accused who were caught on the spot.

Moreover, having more or less similar allegation one coaccused Tuntun Yadav has already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by this court.

No doubt, petitioners carry criminal antecedent of some cases but taking note of the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as this aspect of the matter that petitioners are in jail custody since 13.4.2015, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to
