The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 143 of the Railway Act. In the course of verification of illegal business of railway ticket, police party reached at the shop of co-accused Parmanand Sharma and after checking his mobile phone, one journey ticket of previous date by the private user I.D. was found in his mobile. From the counter of the said shop, one journey ticket was also found and on query, co-accused Parmanand Sharma disclosed the name of petitioner, as his associate in preparation of railway ticket. On checking, the said journey ticket was found on the whatsapp sent by the petitioner on the mobile phone of co-accused Parmanand Sharma. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is

No incriminating article has been recovered from the shop of this petitioner and petitioner has got no concern with the printing press of co-accused. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of concerned court where the case is pending in connection with RPF Case No. 65 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
