The petitioner filed this petition for modification of order dated 16.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25703 of 2015 by which the petitioner was granted provisional bail in Kazi Mohammadpur P.S. case No. 238 of 2014 on condition that if the dispute between the husband and wife is resolved, the court below shall confirm the provisional bail. If the dispute between the parties is not resolved, the court below was directed to pass order on merits of the bail petition of the petitioner but the petitioner has filed modification petition for modifying the aforesaid order. I do not find any reason to modify the order. The modification petition is dismissed.
