JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-06-2016 The learned Mediator has submitted his report in the light of the order of this Court, dated 28.03.2016. From the said report, it transpires that the dispute between the parties has been amicably resolved. The terms of settlement have been recorded in the said report.

Learned Counsel for the informant is present. He has submitted that the amount indicated in the said terms of settlement has already been paid. He has also submitted that in view of Clause 5 of the said terms of settlement, Danapur Police Station Case No. 619 of 2015 can be quashed, exercising inherent power under Section 482 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5652 of 2016 (3) dt.22-06-2016 2/2 the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

As suggested by learned Counsel for the informant, Danapur Police Station Case No. 619 of 2015 stands quashed.

This application stands disposed of.
