In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 169 of 2015 registered for offences under sections 147, 148, 149, 324, 325, 307, 447, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. There is an allegation against the petitioner to have caused injury by lathi. There is case and counter case from both sides. It is a free fight.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 2/7/2015.

Looking to the nature of allegation and the attending facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above
