The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, the petitioner along with three others is said to have been riding a motorcycle, which was found to be a stolen one.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 05-01-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. The name of the petitioner has transpired in the present case merely on the basis of secret information. The genuineness and credibility of the secret information has not been disclosed by the prosecution. No

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Kumarkhang (Belari O.P.)
