2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though the bail petition of the petitioner was rejected earlier by this Court vide order dated 22.11.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55148 of 2024 but he is renewing the prayer for bail on the ground of his prolonged incarceration i.e. nearabout one and half years. He has further submitted that the injury suffered by the injured person is lacerated wound, caused by hard and blunt substances, whereas the allegation against the petitioner is of firing shot on the injured.

3. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as period of custody, let the petitioner

No.37173 of 2025(2) dt.11-07-2025 2/2 above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional District & Sessions Judge, Munger in connection with S.T. No. 299 of 2024 arising out of Asarganj P.S. Case No. 14 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
