Petitioner is accused in connection with Buxar Nagar P.S. Case No. 251 of 2015 registered under Sections 366, 366(A)/120(B) of the I.P.C.
The allegation is that Deep Mala aged about 15 years daughter of the informant had gone to attend the coaching but she did not return. In course of search, informant came to know that his daughter was seen with petitioner and his mother and both were also found absent at the house. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in fact, victim Deep Mala Kumari, major daughter of the informant, fell in love with this petitioner and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50704 of 2015 (2) dt.04-02-2016 move with him according to her sweet will but due to ulterior motive, the present case has been lodged by her father. It is also submitted that victim in her statement, as recorded under section 164 Cr. P.C., stated that she moved with this petitioner according to her sweet will.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District Judge-I, Buxar in connection with Buxar Nagar P.S. Case No.251 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be parents or close relatives of the petitioner.
