The petitioner seeks bail in Masaurhi P.S. Case No.237 of 2018, registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the case in the confessional statement of Jailal Mahto. Petitioner was arrested on 14.05.2020 and since then he is in custody but he has not been put on TIP. No incriminating article has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, petitioner, namely, Sonu Kurmi @ Sonu Kumar is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Masaurhi in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No.237 of 2018.
