07-12-2015 Heard Mr. Zainul Abedin, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The petitioner, who is in custody since 21-09-2015 in Bagaha P.S. Case No. 391 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(A) of the Excise Act, has prayed for grant of bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in this case, it was alleged that about ten litres of countrymade liquor was recovered from possession of the petitioner. In view of nature of accusation and period of custody, let the petitioner namely Baijnath Uraon be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
