JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-10-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "i) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus for commanding and directing the Respondents to measure the land by a qualified and knowledgeable Amin and thereafter demarcate the existing Aam Rasta and further be pleased to direct the Respondents to point out the actual encroachment of Aam Rasta.
ii) For issuance of an appropriate orders(s), direction(s) directing the Respondents to
Patna High Court CWJC No.14468 of 2021(2) dt.21-10-2022 2/2 verify the actual existing position and the residential houses of the petitioners who are living in their houses for more than hundred years and further directing the Respondents to fix the Siman for the measurement of land bearing Plot No. 721 on which Aam Gali is present.
iii) For issuing an appropriate writs/direction directing the Respondents to stay the notice dated 23/07/2021 contained in Annexure-4 to this writ petition, till the disposal of writ petition."
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the Circle Officer, Badh, Patna for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
