The petitioner is accused in connection with Digha P.S. Case No. 308 of 2014 registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. rather in course of investigation, his name has come on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, as detailed in paragraph 182 of the case diary, showing the involvement of the petitioner in the present case except that there is nothing against the petitioner. It is further submitted that petitioner is accused in 9 other cases, but in all

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51464 of 2015 (2) dt.21-12-2015 cases, he is on bail and is in custody since 02.06.2015. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the J.M. Ist Class, Patna, in connection with Digha P.S. Case No. 308 of 2014. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner.
