No.19577 of 2018 in so far as the station of the respondent Nos. 2 to 4 is concerned which reads 'Araria' although their correct Station is 'Supaul'.

Learned counsel for the petitioner while admitting to the default of the petitioner in committing such typographical error prays for leave to make appropriate corrections not only in the writ petition but also in the modification application

Patna High Court MJC No.2033 of 2019(2) dt.08-08-2019 2/2 which also caries the same typographical error. He further prays that the order allowing the writ petition be accordingly modified.

Having heard counsel for the parties and while granting leave to learned counsel for the petitioner to make correction in the station of the respondent Nos. 2 to 4 in the writ petition as well as in the modification application during the course of the day, we modify our order dated 08.04.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 19577 of 2018 in so far as the name of the station of respondent Nos.2 to 4 is concerned which shall read as :

"2.The District Collector, Supaul.

3. The Senior Superintendent of Police, Supaul.

4. The Excise Superintendent, Supaul."

and shall be deemed to have been pronounced as such. This modification application is allowed.
